Relaxation Music: River of Stars

*Take a minute to breathe to with me…

*We are going to breathe in slowly through our nose, nice and deep filling our lungs with life…

“Ready?… * and breathe in 1…., 2…., 3….

hold your breathe here for just a moment 1…, 2…, 3…

then exhale slowly 1…., 2…., 3…

Repeat this rhythm one more time…

*After reading this passage… I’d like for you to close your eyes and focus only on the natural rhythm of your breath.

*Let go of any tension, any thoughts, and any worries… let them simply drift off into the Universe. Just simply be…

resting in this moment with the rhythm of your energy, of your lifeforce, of your breath…

*Any time anything comes to your mind…

shift your focus back to the rhythm of your breath. Let it go…

*After the music stops… when you are ready… come back to your body, wiggle your fingers and toes. Let your eyes gently flutter open.

*Any time your thoughts overwhelm you, when you need a moment to breathe, come back to this meditation and find your natural rhythm.
